What’s included:
A 60 minute in person physical assessment to determine your current fitness level.
A run analysis to improve run efficiency and mechanics
Online exercise program set up, using an app with videos explaining each exercise
Run program tailored to your goals, whether there is a race in your future, or your own fitness journey.
Ability to text the coach anytime you have questions or feedback.
Weekly check-in’s to keep you motivated.
Formal reassessments every 2 months to update your programs as you improve.
Option to join the Pinpoint Pacers Run club for group motivation. It’s free to anyone, with no registration
required, offering the perfect connection to the local running community.
